BUSINESS-ACCOUNT TERMS · VERSION 0.1
Coordination comes first.
Draft for One Healthy Corp approval. Business signup remains disabled until the deployment owner approves these terms and the privacy notice.
Who operates the platform
Omni One Marketplace is operated by One Healthy Corp. Contact support@hlthyai.com about business-account access.
What this release supports
Business profiles, internal verification, professional credential metadata, non-identifying service requests, invitations, and preliminary coordination engagements. Expert acceptance does not create authorization to perform an examination, review medical records, issue a professional opinion, or charge a fee.
Accurate information and independence
You must be authorized to represent the named organization or professional. Provide accurate scope and credential metadata. Do not seek, promise, or condition a connection on a desired clinical conclusion. Internal approval is a marketplace eligibility decision, not an endorsement or guarantee of professional competence.
Prohibited information
Do not submit patient or claimant names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, Social Security numbers, diagnoses, medical narratives, health records, banking information, or identity documents. Use a non-identifying request code.
Separate professional and commercial agreements
Professional services, case-specific conflicts, licenses for a particular service, records authorizations, fees, cancellations, refunds, and disputes require separate reviewed agreements and workflows. The proposed future marketplace fee is 10%; this release does not assess it or move money.
Account review and access
One Healthy Corp may request more information, decline or suspend eligibility, and retain an operational audit history. Access is limited by organization, assignment, and marketplace role.
These account terms do not replace the agreements required for future professional services. See the privacy notice for the business information processed in this release.
